  1. 2 Wages and salaries ordinance This link open a new window(2022-00001)
    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Personnel, regarding wages and salaries of employees.

  2. 3 Contract with Health Equity, Inc. for health reimbursement arrangement, flexible spending account, and transportation administration services This link open a new window(2022-00055)
    1. Authorizing a contract with HealthEquity, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $1.25 million, to provide health reimbursement arrangement, flexible spending account, and transportation administration services for a three-year term from Jan 1, 2022, through Dec 31, 2024, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms. 

    2. Authorizing the customization of the terms and conditions of the contract to reflect the following material negotiated changes:  A general liability cap of $2 million, and $10 million liability cap for data practices-related claims.

    1. Approving an increase to the salary and wage schedules, including longevity, by 1.5% for all classified jobs in the Non-Represented group effective retroactively to Apr 29, 2021; individuals who are employed by the City on Jan 27, 2022, are eligible.

    2. Approving an increase to the salary and wage schedules, including longevity, by 2.5% for all classified jobs in the Non-Represented group effective Jan 2, 2022.

    3. Authorizing step progression, subject to satisfactory or better performance.

    2. Approving an increase to the salary and wage schedules, including longevity, by 2.5% for all classified jobs in the Politically Appointed group effective Jan 2, 2022.

    1. Authorizing a bifurcated six-year lease extension with Mid-City Plaza Partnership for Elections and Voter Registration office and storage space at 724 Harding St NE.

  6. 7 Contract with the Friends of the Falls for negotiation of a potential acquisition of property adjacent to the Upper St. Anthony Lock and Dam This link open a new window(2022-00056)
    1. Authorizing the City to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Friends of the Falls and potentially acting by and through its Park and Recreation Board for negotiation of a potential acquisition of property adjacent to the Upper St. Anthony Lock and Dam.

    2. Passage of Resolution designating Friends of the Falls as the City’s agent for purposes of negotiating with the United States Army Corps of Engineers regarding a potential acquisition of property adjacent to the Upper St. Anthony Lock and Dam.

    3. Approving the Community Engagement Plan for Public Facing Activities for the Lock and Dam Site.

  7. 8 Grant from Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District to fund Downtown Strategic Justice Partnership This link open a new window(2021-01335)
    1. Amending Council Action 2021A-1007, passed Dec 10, 2021, to correct the amount of the contract to reflect an amount not to exceed $195,000.

  8. 9 Legal settlement: Workers' Compensation claim of Trista Kreft This link open a new window(2021-01028)
    1. Amending Council Action 2021A-0764, passed Sep 24, 2021, to increase the settlement of the  Workers' Compensation claim of Trista Kreft by an additional $7,000 to Trista Kreft and attorneys, Meuser Law Firm, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documentation necessary to effectuate the settlement.
