    1. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 16, of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Finance, amending Article XIV to update the dates of the 20 year neighborhood park plan.

    2. Passage of Resolution approving the adjusted 20 Year Neighborhood Park Plan Guaranteed Minimum Annual Amount for 2022 through 2026 due to inflation.

    1. Authorizing an amendment to Contract No. C-27067 with the Metropolitan Emergency Services Board, extending the contract through Dec 31, 2026, for maintaining the interoperable regional radio and regional 911 systems.

Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-43080 with Questions and Solutions Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $56,307 for a total amount not to exceed $435,843, and an extension through Dec 31, 2021, for additional mechanical and electrical commissioning consulting services for the Public Service Building Project.

  5. 7 Contract amendment with Cost, Planning, and Management International, Inc. (CPMI) for owner’s project representative services for the Public Service Building Project This link open a new window(2021-01120)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-41453A with Cost, Planning, and Management International, Inc. Authorizing issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for security guard services for the Public Service Building, Public Service Center, City Hall, Minneapolis Animal Care/Control, Water Treatment & Distribution System facilities, and security mobilization services for special events and city-wide emergency response. 

  8. 10 Simpson Housing Services Shelter Project: Accepting funds from Hennepin County and appropriating American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for new emergency shelter facility This link open a new window(2021-01152)
    1. Accepting funds from Hennepin County, in the amount of $3,500,000, to be used in addition to the City’s $3,500,000 American Rescue Plan Act Fund contribution, to support the development of a new emergency shelter facility for adults experiencing homelessness, as part of the larger permanent supportive housing, shelter, and service center project at the site of the Simpson United Methodist Church.

    2. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of $7,000,000 (City American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the amount of $3,500,000 and Hennepin County funding in the amount of $3,500,000) to the Department of Community Planning & Economic Development.

    3. Approving $7,000,000 of development gap financing to Simpson Housing Services, or affiliated entity, to support the development of the Simpson Shelter Housing Project.

    4. Delegating authority to the Community Planning & Economic Development Director to enter into an agreement with Simpson Housing Services, or affiliated entity, for the development of the Simpson Shelter Housing Project.

    1. Approving the settlement of the lawsuit of Autumn Larson v. City of Minneapolis and Doe Officers No. 1-30, by payment of $45,000 to Autumn Larson and attorneys in the form of a check made out to Maslon LLP, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.

    1. Approving the settlement of the lawsuit Graco, Inc. v. City of Minneapolis, by payment of $50,088.29 to Graco, Inc., and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.

Minneapolis Bicycle Coalition, doing business as Open Streets Minneapolis, by payment of $22,500 to the plaintiff and attorneys by two checks, the first payable to “Bank of New York – JPDS Trust,” memo line “FBO Oscar Felipe Romero” in the amount of $10,000, and the second payable to “Bennerotte & Associates, P.A., Trust Account” in the amount of $12,500, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.
