    1. Approving the settlement of the matter of Timothy J. Keane v. City of Minneapolis, Case No. 27-cv-19-13701, by payment in the amount of $32,492 to Mr. Keane and his attorneys, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate settlement.

    1. Authorizing the settlement of the matter of Christopher Lutter-Gardella v. City of Minneapolis, et al., Case No. 27-co-20-4387, by payment in the amount of $4,456.50 to Mr. Lutter-Gardella, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate settlement.

    1. Approving the settlement of the claim by Regena Stevenson by payment of $250,000 to Regena Stevenson and her attorneys, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.

    1. Authorizing the settlement of the claim Jon Shanahan v. City of Minneapolis, MDHR Ref. No. 71774, by payment in the amount of $20,000 to Jon Shanahan and his attorneys, agreement to adopt live closed-captioning services, and agreement to provide American Sign Language interpretation for making comments at public hearing upon request, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate settlement.

    1. Authorizing a contract with Leadership for Networked World at Harvard University (LNW) for pro bono services related to City community safety work to be administered by the City Coordinator's Office. 

  11. 12 Contract amendment with Primacy Strategy Group for federal representation services This link open a new window(2021-00349)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0002372A with Primacy Strategy Group (originally with Lockridge, Grindal, Nauen P.L.L.P before the merger), in the amount of $50,000 for a new total amount not to exceed $100,000, and an extension from April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022, for continued federal representation services in Washington, D.C.

    2. Receiving and filing the Ethics Officer's report related to conflict of interest review of lobbyist's principals and projects which is required to enter into a contract for federal representation services with Primacy Group. 

  12. 13 Contract amendment with Ungerboeck Systems International, Inc. for mobile work orders and implementation This link open a new window(2021-00352)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C99-13987 with Ungerboeck Systems International, Inc., in the amount of $26,680 for a total amount not to exceed 1,338,836.34, for mobile work orders and implementation.

  13. 14 Contract amendment with Hennepin County Medical Center for computer-aided dispatch and related mobile equipment support services This link open a new window(2021-00353)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Revenue Contract No. C-44292 with Hennepin County Medical Center in the amount of $3,616.50 for a total amount not to exceed $402,284.50, for the City to provide computer-aided dispatch and related mobile equipment support services to Hennepin County Medical Center.

  14. 15 Contract with Hennepin County for fiber optic infrastructure documentation This link open a new window(2021-00347)
    1. Authorizing a contract with Hennepin County, using Hennepin County’s agreement, to document each party’s fiber optic infrastructure when that infrastructure is shared or installed in the other party’s facilities, for a term of six years.

    1. Approving the following Council appointments for two-year terms beginning January 1, 2021, and ending December 31, 2022: Beth Toso, Seat 3, Ward 2; and Richard LaReau, Seat 25, Ward 13.

    2. Approving the following Mayoral appointments for two-year terms beginning January 1, 2021, and ending December 31, 2022: Eric Won, Seat 27, Ward 4; Sanja DeGarmo, Seat 30, Ward 7; and George Montague, Seat 28, Ward 7.

    3. Approving the following Mayoral reappointments for two-year terms beginning January 1, 2021, and ending December 31, 2022: Dan McConnell, Seat 31, Ward 2; Todd Schuman, Seat 32, Ward 13; and Jocelyn Beard, Seat 33, Ward 4.

    1. Receiving and filing a presentation on the implementation of the American Rescue Plan Act. 

  2. 18 Arts workgroup update and recommendations This link open a new window(2021-00351)
    1. Receiving and filing a presentation outlining the arts workgroups recommendations to better align and grow the City’s current capacity in public art, the creative economy, and creative cultural work.

    2. Directing the City Coordinator's Office, City Attorney's Office, the Finance Department, and the City Clerk to review and recommend any ordinances or policies needed for the creation of a new Department of Arts and Culture to report to the City Coordinator, and to recommend short and long term financing options to support the department.
