    1. Approving an increase to the salary schedules for 35 jobs in the Non-represented, Non-appointed group by eliminating salary steps, effective Nov 8, 2020, in order to meet the State’s gender pay equity salary range test.

Accepting the low bid of The Suddath Companies, submitted on Event 1181, in the amount of $172,048.50, accepting the Base Bid and Alternates 1, 2 and 3, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Moving Services for the Public Service Building Project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Accepting a grant from Hennepin County, in the amount of $284,229, to submit reimbursement requests for funds for expenditures allowed under the state’s Grant Agreement with the County, for federal and state purposes in preparations for and the necessary events connected with the primary election to be held August 11, 2020 and the general election to be held November 3, 2020, at which federal offices are on the ballot.

    3. Passage of Resolution adjusting the appropriation and revenue for the Elections and Voter Services Department.

Authorizing an amendment to Contract No. COM0001209 with JustUs Health, to increase the award amount by $375,865 for a new total amount not to exceed $1,525,865, for tenant-based rental housing assistance as part of the 2019 & 2020 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funding.

    2. Authorizing an amendment to Contract No. COM0001208 with Metropolitan Council Housing and Redevelopment Authority, to increase the award amount by $48,402 for a new total amount not to exceed $1,132,402 for tenant-based rental housing assistance as part of the 2020 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funding.

    3. Authorizing a contract with Project for Pride in Living, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $150,000 as a one-time grant award for the Bloom Lake Flats housing development, as part of the 2018 & 2019 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program to address the housing needs for persons living with HIV/AIDS.

    4. Authorizing a contract with Clare Housing for an amount not to exceed $148,792 for two years for supportive services funding for Bloom Lake Flats to implement an award for the 2020 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program to address the housing needs for persons living with HIV/AIDS.

    1. Authorizing the submittal of a grant application to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), in the amount of $2,297,342 to implement the Safe Voting Plan, a vision for a safe, inclusive, and secure voting process for the 2020 Presidential Election.

    2. Passage of Resolution increasing the appropriation in the Property Services Fund by $1,200,000 from the General Fund Contingency and increasing appropriation in the Property Services Fund by $1,200,000 from the Property Services Asset Preservation Fund.

    1. Receiving and filing data and recommendations from the MN Pollution Control Agency and MN Department of Health on air pollution in the City of Minneapolis, focused in environmental justice Green Zones, and connection between air pollution and COVID-19 cases.
