    1. Setting a public hearing for May 6, 2020, to consider an ordinance amending Title 16, Chapter 421 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Planning and Development: Housing Improvement Areas, adding a new Article IV entitled "Summit House Housing Improvement Area," to establish the area and impose fees to pay for housing improvements within the area.

    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 16 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Planning and Development, adding thereto a new Chapter 428 entitled “Cultural Districts” to establish Cultural District boundaries and policy.

    1. Authorizing an extension to Contract No. C-39514 with Alpha Review/Genex for a one-year period through April 30, 2021, for continuing outside review of all medical bills.

    1. Passage of Resolution accepting donation from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation for staff travel and lodging expenses for the Minneapolis Deputy Commissioner of Health to attend the Leadership for Wellbeing and Equity – Bhutan Study Tour in the Fall of 2020.

  5. 6 Johnson St NE (between Lowry Ave NE and 18th Ave NE) Street Reconstruction Project: Layout approval and easements This link open a new window(2020-00449)
    1. Approving the layout for the Johnson St NE Street Reconstruction Project, between Lowry Ave NE and 18th Ave NE.

    2. Authorizing negotiation with private property owners to acquire easements and additional right-of-way, if necessary, for the project.

    1. Passage of Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a quit claim deed from the State of Minnesota conveying all its interests in that real estate situated adjacent to Trunk Highway 94 at Lyndale Ave S, described in the quit claim deed dated April 30, 2001.

    1. Passage of Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a quit claim deed from the State of Minnesota conveying all its interests in that real estate situated adjacent to Trunk Highway 394 at Washington Ave N, described in the quit claim deed dated February 5, 2020.

Passage of Resolution authorizing a Cooperative Agreement Letter with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) requesting the City of Minneapolis to act as the sponsoring unit of government enabling funds to be transferred from the MnDOT Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership Program to the City for landscaping improvements at the southeast corner of Washington Ave and the I-394 eastbound on-ramp in the North Loop Neighborhood.

    1. Authorizing a contract with Bolton & Menk, Inc., in the amount of $1,266,600, for engineering and design services for the Bryant Ave S Street Reconstruction Project (PV126).

  10. 11 Bid for catch basin and manhole repairs This link open a new window(2020-00454)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Minger Construction Companies, Inc., submitted on Event No. 975, in the amount of $1,195,095, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for catch basin and manhole repairs, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Amending the Federal Legislative Agenda to add support for the Natural Disaster and Emergency Ballot Act [S. 3529] to the Access to Voting and Modernizing the Election Process and Ensuring Election Integrity section.

    2. Authorizing submittal of a letter to members of the Minnesota federal delegation expressing support by the City of Minneapolis for the Natural Disaster and Emergency Ballot Act [S. 3529].
