Consent

  1. 2 Minnesota Department of Health School Health Workforce Grant This link open a new window(2021-01172)
    1. Accepting a grant from the Minnesota Department of Health, as a subgrantee of a CDC School Health Workforce grant, in the not to exceed amount of $900,000, for the period November 15, 2021, through June 30, 2023, to increase the School Based Clinic work force of medical, health education and mental health providers.

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Health in the not to exceed amount of $900,000.00 for the grant.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of the funds to the Health Department.

    1. Authorizing a contract with Smith Partners LLP, in the amount of $10,000, for coordination of services related to the Lake Street Partnership.

  3. 4 Minnesota Department of Health grant for vaccination incentive program This link open a new window(2021-01168)
    1. Accepting a grant from the Minnesota Department of Health, in the amount of $15,000, for the Vaccination Incentive Program, for the period of October 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021.

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Health for the grant funds.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Health Department.

  4. 5 CDC grant for COVID 19 and Influenza support This link open a new window(2021-01170)
    1. Accepting a grant, from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in the amount of $437,250, to support COVID-19 and influenza vaccines in Minneapolis, for the period of Sep 30, 2021, through Sep 29, 2022.

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the CDC for acceptance of the grant funds.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Health Department.
