    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 15, Chapter 389 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Offenses—Miscellaneous: Noise, amending regulations related to amplified sound permitting.

  2. 3 Agreement with the CDC to host a Public Health Associate This link open a new window(2021-01113)
    1. Authorizing an agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to host an associate from the Public Health Associates Program (PHAP) in the Minneapolis Health Department, for a two-year period, beginning Oct 15, 2021.

    1. Accepting a fire safety grant from The Hartford Financial Services Group, in the amount of $5,000, to be used for fire education purposes.

    2. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Fire Department.

  4. 5 Grant application to the Minnesota Office of Justice Programs for youth intervention programming This link open a new window(2021-01115)
    1. Authorizing the submittal of a grant application to the Minnesota Office of Justice Programs, in an amount of up to $45,000 annually, over a two-year period, January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2023, to implement positive youth development youth intervention programming. 

  5. 6 Grant from Minnesota Department of Health for Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) This link open a new window(2021-01117)
    1. Accepting a grant from the Minnesota Department of Health, in the amount of $769,838, for Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) grant funds. 

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the State of Minnesota for the grant.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Health Department.

    1. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2021R-152 entitled “Amending The 2021 General Appropriation Resolution,” passed May 28, 2021, by updating the funding and revenue code.

  7. 8 Contract amendment for NexGen Healthcare Information Systems, Inc. This link open a new window(2021-01112)
    1. Authorizing amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 35112 with NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, Inc., extending the date of the contract through December 31, 2021.

    1. Receiving and filing a Green Cost Share Program update and recognition of projects that went throught the Green Cost Share Program during 2019 and 2020.
