    1. Approving the following council appointments to the Minneapolis Advisory Committee on Aging for two-year terms, beginning January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2022: Kathleen Quinn, Seat 1, Ward 1; Melinda Ludwiczak, Seat 8, Ward 8; Jean DesMarias, Seat 12, Ward 12.

    2. Approving the following council appointments to the Minneapolis Advisory Committee on Aging for an unexpired two-year term, beginning January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2021: Florence Castner, Seat 5, Ward 5.

    1. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2020R-283, updating the funding string and revenue code for the appropriation of grant funds to the Health Department from the Minnesota Department of Health.

Accepting a Minnesota Department of Human Services Grant (CFR-ESP) in the amount of $69,640, to assist homeless service providers in responding to COVID-19 by providing hygiene/sanitation supplies for the period Apr 1, 2020, through Feb 1, 2021, or until 60 days after expiration of the peacetime emergency declared by the governor in an executive order that relates to the infectious disease known as COVID-19, whichever occurs earlier. 

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Human Services for the grant.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Health Department.

    1. Accepting a grant from the Minnesota Department of Health in the amount of $77,448 for COVID 19 vaccine planning, for the period Dec 1, 2020, through Jun 30, 2021.

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Health for the grant.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Health Department. 

  7. 8 Minneapolis Public Schools, Special School District No. 1 contract for COVID-19 consulting services This link open a new window(2021-00036)
    1. Accepting a contract for service from the Minneapolis Public Schools, Special School District No.1 in the amount of $35,000 to provide COVID-19 technical assistance with contact tracing and notification, for the period from Jan 1, 2021, through Jun 30, 2021, or until all obligations set forth in agreement have been fulfilled. 

    2. Authorizing an agreement with Special School District No. 1 for the services.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Health Department.

  8. 9 Minnesota Department of Health grant for maternal child health appropriation amendment This link open a new window(2021-00037)
    1. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2020R-173 updating the funding string and revenue code for the appropriation of grant funds to the Health Department from the Minnesota Department of Health.

  9. 10 Minnesota Department of Human Services Grant for School Based Clinics' Coronavirus relief activities This link open a new window(2021-00038)
    1. Accepting a Minnesota Department of Human Services Grant (COVID Grant Relief fund), in the amount of $36,863, to enhance School Based Clinic mental health provider telehealth services incurred between Mar 1, 2020, through Dec 30, 2020.

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Human Services for the grant.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Health Department.

  10. 11 Revenue contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves for the Minneapolis Police to provide bomb detection at Target Center during approximately fifty (50) Timberwolves games This link open a new window(2021-00039)
    1. Authorizing a revenue agreement for an estimated $225,000 with the Minnesota Timberwolves for the City of Minneapolis Police department, to provide an estimated two (2) Bomb Unit technicians and two to four (2-4) Police Officer K-9 handler, for bomb detection security services at Target Center during approximately fifty (50) Timberwolves games from December 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021.
