    1. Authorizing the submittal of a grant application to the Minnesota Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, in the amount of $15,000 over a one-year period, to support the Office of Emergency Management's COVID-19 response and recovery operations.

  2. 4 Grant application to the Minnesota Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to support prevention, preparation, mitigation, response, and recovery efforts from acts of terrorism and other hazards This link open a new window(2020-01169)

    1. Authorizing the submittal of a grant application to the Minnesota Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, in the amount of $829,500 over an 18-month period, to support the City's efforts in the prevention, preparation, mitigation, response, and recovery of acts of terrorism and other hazards.

Authorizing the submittal of a grant application to the Minnesota Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, in the amount of $30,000 over a one-year period, to support the Office of Emergency Management's mission areas of prevention, preparation, mitigation, response, and recovery.

  4. 6 Minneapolis Health Department Master Contracts for 2021-2025 This link open a new window(2020-01188)

    1. Authorizing Master Contracts with the eligible providers list of community non-profit agencies and governmental and political subdivision entities, as set forth in Legislative File 2020-01188, in the not to exceed (NTE) amounts listed, for the period of January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2025.

    2. Authorizing staff to issue Fund Availability Notices when project funds become available as long as the total amount of the Master Contract is not exceeded.
