  1. 2 Contract with Sumaya Hassan for the 2019 Blueprint Approved Institute This link open a new window(2019-00802)
    1. Authorizing a contract with Sumaya Hassan, in the amount of $3,000, for youth violence prevention and organizational capacity building under the 2019 Blueprint Approved Institute.

    2. Authorizing a waiver of the City's general liability insurance requirement for the contract with Sumaya Hassan.

    1. Accepting an increase of $700 in reimbursement funds from Washburn Center for Children to cover professional services for the 2019 Urban Scholars Program.

    2. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation to the Department of Civil Rights.

    1. Approving the following Council appointments for three unexpired two-year terms beginning Jan 1, 2018 and ending on Dec 31, 2019:  Madeline Lohman, Seat 7, Ward 11; Dayna Frank, Seat 1, Ward 7; and Joanne Hager, Seat 11, Ward 4.

  4. 5 Regulation of tetrachloroethylene (perc) in dry cleaning establishments ordinance This link open a new window(2019-00766)
    1. Setting a public hearing for Jul 29, 2019, to consider an ordinance amending Title 13, Chapter 301 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Licenses and Business Regulations: Laundries and Dry Cleaning Establishments, amending regulations to prohibit any use of tetrachloroethylene in a dry cleaning facility.

    1. Setting a public hearing for Jul 29, 2019, to consider an Ordinance amending Title 2 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration, preventing wage theft, adding overtime and break requirements, and restricting City contracts from being awarded to entities with outstanding wage obligations:

      1. Chapter 18 Purchasing.
      2. Chapter 40 Workplace Regulations.
