    1. Authorizing an agreement with OptumInsight Inc. in the amount of $5000 annually, and not-to-exceed $25,000 overall, for use of HEALTHIA exchange, an insurance eligibility verification service, for the School Based Clinics program.

    1. Authorizing a lease agreement with Special School District #1, Minneapolis Public Schools, at no cost to the City, for space and support for the City's School-Based Clinic program.

    1. Authorizing a contract with Sheree Moldenhauer, in an amount not to exceed $50,000, for consulting services related to the Health Department's role in the Multi-Jurisdctional Task Force on Opioids.

    2. Authorizing a waiver of the City's general liability insurance requirement for the contract with Sheree Moldenhauer.

    1. Receiving and filing a report on the Labor Standards Enforcement Division's (LSED's) 2018 work, including sick-and-safe time and minimum wage statistics that cover the nature of violations, specific violations, industries and occupations with high rates of violations, and the penalties assessed.
