    1. Approving the Council appointment of Mary Peick, Seat 3, Ward 3, for a two-year term, beginning  Jan 1, 2019, and ending Dec 31, 2020.

  2. 3 Northern Green Zone Task Force Resolution amendment This link open a new window(2019-00258)
    1. Passage of Resolution amending the Northside Green Zone Task Force Resolution (2018R-292) to add two additional voting members, and adding the expertise for the voting members to include education and/or youth-oriented work.

  3. 4 Grant from the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization This link open a new window(2019-00259)
    1. Accepting a grant from the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization, in the amount of $19,200, to hire interns to assist in erosion control enforcement for the year 2019.

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization for the grant.

    3.  Passage of Resolution approving the appropriation of funds to the Health Department.

  4. 5 Grant from the Minnesota Department of Health for prevention and management of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke This link open a new window(2019-00260)
    1. Accepting the Local Public Health Strategies Grant from the Minnesota Department of Health in the amount of $1,426,175 ($285,235/year), covering the period of March 4, 2019 - Sep 29, 2023, for innovative State and local public health strategies to prevent and manage diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the State of Minnesota for the grant.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Health Department.
