    1. Setting a public hearing for Feb 4, 2019, to consider an ordinance amending Title 3, Chapter 47 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Air Pollution and Environmental Protection: Energy and Air Pollution, adding provisions relating to residential energy disclosure.

    2. Setting a public hearing for Feb 4, 2019, to consider an ordinance amending Title 12, Chapter 248 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Housing: Truth in Sale of Housing, adding provisions relating to residential energy disclosure.

    1. Authorizing acceptance of a $1,000 grant from Youthprise for youth sponsorships at the annual Bridges to Manhood Conference scheduled for April 4, 2019,in Minneapolis.

    2. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Health Department.

    2. Confirming the following Mayoral reappointment for a two-year term, beginning Jan 1 2019, and ending Dec 31, 2020: Ticiea Fletcher, Seat 14.

    3. Approving the following Council appointment for a two-year term, beginning Jan 1, 2019, and ending Dec 31, 2020: Angela Watts, Seat 16, Representative member for Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health.

    1. Authorizing the submittal of an application for the Targeted Opioid Treatment, Prevention & Recovery Services Grant sponsored by the Minnesota Dept. of Human Services, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division.

    1. Passage of Resolution accepting a gift from CityMatCH for Deputy Health Commissioner, Noya Woodrich, to travel to Racial Healing Revival conference in Nashville, TN.

  7. 8 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Xcel Energy regarding future purchases from Renewable Connect Program This link open a new window(2019-00143)
    1. Authorizing a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Xcel Energy regarding future purchases of up to 41 million kWh of renewable electricity from Xcel's second Renewable Connect offering.

    2. Directing Finance & Property Services and Sustainability staff to prepare a Request for Proposals for renewable electricity services for the City enterprise, and present to the Public Health, Environment, Civil Rights and Engagement committee no later than April 8, 2019.
