Public Hearing

  1. 2 Nuisance odors ordinance This link open a new window(2018-00518)
    1. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 3, Chapter 47 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Air Pollution and Environmental Protection:  Energy and Air Pollution, amending provisions related to nuisance odor.

Consent

  1. 3 Agreements with Xcel Energy to purchase renewable electricity from their Renewable*Connect Program This link open a new window(2018-00662)
    1. Authorizing a five-year Renewable*Connect contract with Xcel Energy for 19.2 million kWh annually.

    2. Authorizing a five-year Renewable*Connect contract with Xcel Energy for 23.2 million kWh annually.

    3. Authorizing termination of Contract No. C-43389, at the the request of Xcel Energy, for the contract dated June 2017 for 17.8 million kWh of Renewable*Connect electricity.

    4. Authorizing a new 10-year Renewable*Connect contract with Xcel Energy for 17.8 million kWh annually.

    1. Receiving and filing the Minneapolis Workplace Advisory Committee's Progress Report, accomplishments, and recommendations on engaging and creating collaborative dialogue between the business community, our worker community, and the City.
