  1. 2 Contracts with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP and Mike Wilson and Associates for Neighborhood Audit Services Panel This link open a new window(2018-00201)
    1. Authorizing a one-year contract with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, in an amount up to $75,000, through Dec 31, 2018, to continue audit services and financial management and filing support for contracted neighborhood organizations.

    2. Authorizing a one-year contract with Mike Wilson and Associates, in an amount up to $75,000, through Dec 31, 2018, to continue audit services and financial management and filing support for contracted neighborhood organizations.

    1. Approving the following Council appointments for two-year terms, beginning Jan 1, 2018, and ending Dec 31, 2019: Brenna Loufek, Seat 1, Ward 1, and Anna Arkin, Seat 8, Ward 8.

  3. 4 Contract with Fairview Health Services for laboratory testing services associated with the City's School Based Clinics This link open a new window(2018-00203)
    1. Authorizing an agreement with Fairview Health Services, doing business as Fairview Diagnostic Laboratories, in an amount not to exceed $250,000, for laboratory services for five years for the City's School Based Clinics. 

  4. 5 Host Agency Cooperative Agreement with Minneapolis Public Housing Authority This link open a new window(2018-00204)
    1. Authorizing a Host Agency Cooperative Agreement with Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) by which MPHA authorizes third party supportive service providers under contract with the City to enter their properties and deliver supportive services to residents.

    1. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 40 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration:  Workplace Regulations, clarifying rules for accrual and use of sick and safe time.

    1. Receiving and filing presentation on youth violence prevention

    2. Directing staff to work with stakeholders, including the City Council and Mayor's offices, and return to the Public Health, Environment, Civil Rights & Engagement Committee by June 18, 2018, with recommendations on the future of the Youth Violence Prevention Executive Committee.

  2. 8 Contract with Neighborhood Health Source to provide sexual health services for young men of color. This link open a new window(2018-00248)
    1. Authorizing an agreement with Neighborhood Health Source, in an amount not to exceed $80,620, to provide sexual health services for young men of color for the period March 15, 2018, through Dec 31, 2018, with the option to extend the contract for up to one (1) additional year contingent upon funding and performance.
