    1. Receiving and filing the conflicts review report by the Ethics Officer for FaegreBD Consulting.

    2. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-42075 with FaegreBD Consulting, in the amount of $84,000 for a total amount not to exceed $294,000, and an extension through Jan 15, 2020, for continued federal representation services in Washington, D.C.
