Approving the City's position of supporting robust environmental policies focused on improving air, water and soil quality, including proactive measures to reduce carbon emissions, and opposition to mechanisms designed to maintain existing nuclear power plants – or reclassify existing plants as “carbon reduction facilities” – while raising electricity customers’ bills outside of the normal rate case.
