  1. 2 Contract amendment with FaegreBD Consulting for federal representation services This link open a new window(2018-00051)
    1. Receiving and filing this RCA as constituting the Ethics report related to conflict of interest review of lobbyist’s principals and projects which is required to enter into a contract for federal representation services with FaegreBD Consulting.

    2. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-42075 with Faegre BD Consulting in the amount of $96,000 for a new, not-to-exceed amount of $210,000, and extending the contract from Jan.1, 2018 - Dec. 31, 2018 for continued federal representation services in Washington, D.C.

  2. 3 Contract Amendment with Franzen Law & Policy Group, LLC for state legislative services This link open a new window(2018-00053)
    1. Receiving and filing RCA as constituting the Ethics report related to conflict of interest review of lobbyist’s principals and projects which is required to enter into a contract for state legislative services with Franzen Law & Policy Group, LLC.

    2. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-41940 in the amount of $36,000 for a new, not-to-exceed total of $76,000, and extending the contract from Feb. 1 - June 30, 2018,  for continued state representation services.

    1. Receiving and filing this RCA as constituting the Ethics report related to conflict of interest review of lobbyist’s principals and projects which is required to enter into a contract for state representation services with Fredrikson & Byron PA.

    2. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-41939 in the amount of $43,200, for a new, not-to-exceed total of $91,200, and extending the contract from Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2018, for continued state representation services.

    1. Amending the State Legislative Agenda as follows:

      1. Inserting technical language for clarifying purposes in the "Local Government Finance" section of the Legislative Agenda.
      2. Inserting language in support of ending the practice of suspending or revoking the driver's licenses of individuals for non-public safety related offenses and nonpayment of fines and fees.

    1. Amending the State Policy Positions by inserting clarifying language in the "Jobs and Workforce Development" section.
