    1. Passage of Resolution approving the sideyard sale of the property at 232 Humboldt Ave N (Disposition Parcel NN/Hollman 6), to Daniel Paul Ofstedal for $1,200, subject to conditions.

    1. Authorizing the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency Lender Participation Agreement for Minnesota Housing Home Improvement Loan Programs, including Fix Up Loan, Community Fix Up Loan, Rehabilitation Loan Program, Emergency & Accessibility Loan Program.

    1. Receiving and filing a report on the status of discussions with Minneapolis Public Schools, Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, and Hennepin County on the Stable Homes Stable Schools program.

    2. Approving a work plan for the Stable Homes Stable Schools program.

    3. Authorizing a funding agreement with Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, in an amount of up to $3,350,000, to implement the Stable Homes Stable Schools program, renewable for two additional years, subject to budget approval.
