    2. Approving the award of up to $20,000 in Homebuyer Incentive funds to an eligible borrower as defined in the Minneapolis Homes: Build or Rehab program manual.

    3. Authorizing related agreements with the selected eligible borrower or affiliated entities.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the CPED Department.

    1. Approving up to $299,212 of Fiscal Year 2018 Emergency Solutions Grant funds for Harbor Light Center, located on Currie Ave, by the Salvation Army or an affiliated entity.

    2. Approving up to $99,438 of Fiscal Year 2018 Emergency Solutions Grant funds for essential services, a new pilot initiative to expand single adult case management capacity.

    1. Receiving and filing an update report regarding efforts being made across the enterprise to assist homeless residents of the encampment near the intersection of Hiawatha and Cedar Aves.
