  1. 7 2018 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) contract recommendations This link open a new window(2018-00927)

    1. Approving Fiscal Year 2018 HOPWA funding awards to the following organizations: up to $503,613 for the Metropolitan Council Housing and Redevelopment Authority to provide tenant-based rental assistance and support; up to $575,000 to JustUs Health to provide tenant-based rental assistance and support; and up to $214,342 for Clare Housing to support the expansion of their scattered site housing program and an additional full-time Support Services Manager for the scattered site program.

    2. Authorizing contracts with the Metropolitan Council Housing and Redevelopment Authority for an amount not to exceed $503,613, JustUs Health for an amount not to exceed $575,000, and Clare Housing for an amount not to exceed $214,342, to implement awards for eligible purposes of tenant-based rental assistance and support services for the 2018 HOPWA Program.
