Public Hearing

  1. 2 2018 Consolidated Plan Action Plan This link open a new window(2018-00506)
    1. Receiving and filing public comments received through the 30-day public comment period of April 9, 2018 through May 11, 2018, and directing staff to summarize comments in the 2018 Consolidated Action Plan.

    2. Approving the 2018 Consolidated Plan Action Plan.

    3. Authorizing staff to submit the City of Minneapolis 2018 Consolidated Action Plan to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) after the City has been notified of the 2018 HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) entitlement program allocation, but no later than Aug. 16, 2018.

    4. Directing Finance staff to apply proportional project/program allocation adjustments to the prior approved 2018 General Budget Resolution project/program allocations after HUD notification of entitlement award amount.

    5. Directing Finance staff to incur any necessary pre-award costs for programming consistent with 2018 Consolidated Plan Action Plan.

    1. Approving the extension of the 2015 Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) Award for Great River Landing to allow AHTF funds to be available for project costs until Dec. 31, 2019.

    2. Approving the unit affordability structure set forth on the Great River Landing Project Data Worksheet.
