    1. Passage of Resolution approving the sale of the property at 3210 Morgan Ave N, (Disposition Parcel No.  MH-44), to Jenny Investments LLC for $34,000, subject to conditions.

  1. 3 Agreement with Affordable Housing Connections for HOME monitoring consulting services This link open a new window(2018-00216)
    1. Authorizing a consulting services standard agreement with Affordable Housing Connections for HOME monitoring consulting services, with an annual cost billed in accordance with the fee schedule but not to exceed $200,000 for each year; 2018, 2019, 2020, with the option to administratively renew the contract annually for up to two additional years in an amount not to exceed $175,000 each year.

    1. Approving additional funding of up to $240,000 from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund's Family Housing Initiative for the Minnehaha Townhomes project located at 5348, 5364, and 5368 Riverview Road and 5118 E 54th St to the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority or an affiliated entity.

  2. 5 Contract amendment with HOME Line for information and referral services for Minneapolis renters This link open a new window(2018-00218)
    1. Authorizing an increase to contract C-39596 with HOME line in the amount of $100,000 for a new total amount not to exceed $400,000, and an extension from Dec. 31, 2017 to Dec. 31, 2018 for providing free legal services to Minneapolis renters.
