Consent

  1. 2 Modification to Council Action 2017A-0989 relating to contract terms with Ellie Mae for loan administration software services This link open a new window(2018-00066)
    1. Authorizing modification of negotiated terms of agreement with Ellie Mae for loan administration software services (Council Action 2017A-0989) to include the following provisions: Disputes involving collections or unpaid fees shall be determined by arbitration in San Francisco, California and all other disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be determined by arbitration in New York, New York; and Ellie Mae’s liability for any third party claims or suits brought against the City is capped at the fees paid by the City in the six months prior to the date of the third party claim or lawsuit, which will be approximately $900.
