    1. Passage of Resolution authorizing application for title registration for the City-owned property at 530 3rd St S, signed by the Mayor and City Clerk pursuant to Minnesota Statues 508.03(6).

  2. 3 Oakland Square affordable housing project loan restructure This link open a new window(2020-00104)
    1. Approving the restructure of a Department of Community Planning & Economic Development loan for the Oakland Square Affordable Housing Project occupying portions of Portland and Oakland Ave S, to extend the term to 2034, forgive accrued interest of approximately $267,500, and reduce the interest rate from 5% to 0%.
