    1. Approving the Council appointment of Darius Gray, Seat 9, Ward 9, to an unexpired one-year term ending Aug. 31, 2018.

  2. 3 Contract amendment with Riverview Windows, Inc. for lead remediation work This link open a new window(2018-00101)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-39747 with Riverview Window, Inc., in the amount of $200,000, for a total amount not to exceed $2,350,000, for lead remediation services for eligible homes.

  3. 4 Practicum experience agreement with St. Catherine University - University of St. Thomas School of Social Work for internships This link open a new window(2018-00103)
    1. Authorizing a practicum experience agreement with St. Catherine University - St. Thomas University School of Social Work for their students to receive internship experience through the School Based Clinic program as a training site. Agreements shall be automatically renewed annually up to ten (10) years, unless discontinued by either party.

    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 19 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Employee Authority In Immigration Matters, clarifying policy intent and adding further provisions related to administration.

  6. 7 Carry out bags in retail establishments ("Bring Your Own Bag") ordinance This link open a new window(2018-00134)
    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 11, Chapter 255 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Health and Sanitation: Garbage and Refuse, amending regulations for the use of carry out bags in retail establishments to require a fee on single use plastic and paper carry out retail bags.

    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 2 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration, adding a new Chapter 42 entitled "Municipal Identification Program."

Directing the City Coordinator’s Office, the Procurement division of Finance and Property Services, the Civil Rights Department, and the City Attorney’s Office to research and review the results of the disparity study and return with recommendations for further action to the Heath, Environment, Civil Rights & Community Engagement Committee no later than Aug 31, 2018, including but not limited to a recommendation on enacting a price and evaluation preference program for prime contractors and vendors similar to State Targeted Group program.
