    1. Considering Mayor Frey's nomination to reappoint Ellen McVeigh, Seat 1, for a three-year term beginning Mar 1, 2019, and ending Feb 28, 2022.

    2. Referring the appointment to the City Council for the setting of a public hearing.

    1. Approving a collective bargaining agreement with the Electricians Unit for the period May 1, 2017, through Apr 30, 2018.

    2. Approving the Executive Summary of the agreement.

    3. Authorizing a collective bargaining agreement consistent with the terms of the Executive Summary.

    4. Authorizing the Labor Relations Director to implement the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement.

    5. Referring the matter to the City Council.
