    1. Considering Mayor Frey's nomination to appoint David Frank to the appointed position of Director of Community Planning and Economic Development and Executive Director of the Minneapolis Community Development Agency for a two-year term beginning Jan. 2, 2018.

    2. Referring the appointment to the City Council for the setting of a public hearing.

      1. Approving a collective bargaining agreement with Minneapolis Building and Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO, Trades Journeymen Unit for the period May 1, 2017 through Apr. 30, 2019.
      2. Approving the Executive Summary of the agreement.
      3. Authorizing a collective bargaining agreement consistent with the terms of the Executive Summary.
      4. Authorizing the Labor Relations Director to implement the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement upon ratification by the Union and adoption by the City Council.
      5. Referring the matter to the City Council.
