    1. Designating Alberder Gillespie as Interim Director of the Civil Rights Department beginning Nov 4, 2021, for a period not to exceed 90 days.

  1. 5 Collective bargaining agreements: Laborers Local 363 Unit, 2021 through 2023 This link open a new window(EX2021-00018)

    1. Authorizing a collective bargaining agreement with the Laborers Local 363 Unit for the period Jan 1, 2021, through Dec 31, 2023, consistent with the terms of the Executive Summary.

    2. Authorizing the Labor Relations Director to implement the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement.

    3. Referring the matter to the City Council.
