    1. Considering Mayor Frey's nomination to reappoint John Fruetel to the appointed position of Fire Chief for a two-year term beginning Jan 2, 2020.

    2. Referring the appointment to the City Council for the setting of a public hearing.

    1. Receiving and filing a report relating to hiring freeze waiver exemptions from Mar 31, 2020, through May 28, 2020.

  1. 4 Collective bargaining agreement: IBEW Electricians, 2018 through 2021 This link open a new window(EX2020-00025)
    1. Authorizing a collective bargaining agreement with IBEW Electricians for the period May 1, 2018, through Apr 30, 2021, consistent with the terms of the Executive Summary.

    2. Authorizing the Labor Relations Director to implement the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement.

    3. Referring the matter to the City Council.

  2. 5 Preliminary consideration of allegations regarding the Director of Community Planning & Economic Development This link open a new window(EX2020-00026)
    1. Finding that upon preliminary consideration of the allegations presented, discipline may be warranted and a hearing shall be scheduled for the next Executive Committee, scheduled for Jun 30, 2020.
