    1. Approving changes to the City's Paid Parental Leave Policy to allow for paid parental leave to be taken within six months of the birth or adoption of a child and to remove eligibility of registered domestic partners as spouses.

  2. 3 Contract with TerminalFour, Inc. (TerminalFour) to provide and implement a Web Content Management System (WCMS) This link open a new window(2018-01078)
      1. Authorizing a Contract with TerminalFour Inc., in a total amount not-to-exceed $1,500,000, for a period of five (5) years with an option to extend for three (3) additional one-year terms, to provide and implement a new Web Content Management System (WCMS) to manage the City’s website and content across numerous city departments, and
      2. Authorizing the customization of the liability terms and conditions within the contract to cap TerminalFour’s liability at $2,000,000.
  3. 4 Contract amendment with Sierra-Cedar, Inc. to extend the PeopleSoft module implementation This link open a new window(2018-01079)
    1. Authorizing an extension to Contract No. C-38180 with Sierra-Cedar, Inc. through Dec. 31, 2019, at no additional cost to the City, for continued PeopleSoft module implementation.

    1. Authorizing issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a pool of consultants capable of providing skill sets needed to implement, enhance, train, and provide all aspects of services relating to the ServiceNow technology platform.

    1. Receiving and filing the first of four (4) annual economic impact reports by the Federal Reserve Bank, with this one focusing on city-wide "baseline" economic trends for the years preceding 2018, when the City’s minimum wage ordinance took effect.

  2. 7 Report on Single-Point-of-Access collaboration between the Minneapolis Police Department and the City Clerk Records Department regarding information requests This link open a new window(2018-01087)
    1. Receiving and filing an update on production of a single point-of-access and data request procedures to maximize public convenience in requesting data from the City of Minneapolis, as required by a June 23, 2018, staff directive. 

  3. 8 City Coordinator's Monthly Update September 2018 This link open a new window(2018-00525)
    1. Receiving and filing the monthly Coordinator's update including information and follow-up regarding strategic planning and analysis, an update on the Cedar Ave. homeless encampment, Coordinator's office personnel updates and team changes, a mid-point update on Results Minneapolis, and a rundown on other various work being lead by the Coordinator's office.
