    1. Considering the reappointment by the Executive Committee of Susan Segal to the appointed position of City Attorney for a two-year term beginning Jan 2, 2018.

  1. 3 Contract with CS DISCO, Inc., for the eDiscovery Platform subscription used by both the City Attorney's Office and the Office of the City Clerk This link open a new window(2018-00244)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-42104 with CS DISCO, Inc., in the amount of $42,000, for a new not-to-exceed total of $74,400, and extending the contract for up to twelve (12) months through April 10, 2019, for the eDiscovery platform subscription used by both the City Attorney's Office and the Office of the City Clerk.

  2. 4 Contract with Safari Books Online for accessing the information technology electronic books for the Information Technology (IT) Department This link open a new window(2018-00245)
    1. Authorizing a contract with Safari Books Online for five (5) years in an amount totalling $26,932.50, for a subscription to provide Information Technology (IT) Department employees access to an electronic library containing technology books from over 100 leading authors and publishers used for both enterprise and professional development, and customizing the contract liability terms and conditions to use Safari's contract form.

  3. 5 Contract with Smart Data Solutions, Inc. for scanning, record labeling and data transfer services for the City’s Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) This link open a new window(2018-00246)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-37324 with Smart Data Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $80,000, for a new, not-to-exceed total of $275,000, and extending the contract for an additional two-year (2) term through Aug. 31, 2020, for scanning, record labeling, and data transfer services for the City’s Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS).

    1. Referring to staff an Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 17, of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Finance Department, clarifying Internal Auditor duties and amending the Audit Committee referral process.

    1. Referring to staff an Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 14, of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration:  In General, amending provisions related to boards, commissions, committees, task forces, and similar organizations.
