  1. 2 Contracts with Employment Investigations, Inc. and J. Selmer Law P.A. for neutral workplace investigations This link open a new window(2019-01300)
    1. Authorizing the following contracts, for a total amount not to exceed $1,000,000, for three-years with two optional one-year extensions, to provide neutral workplace investigations:

      1. Employment Investigations, Inc., d/b/a Neuvest, in the amount of $500,000.
      2. J. Selmer Law, P.A., in the amount of $500,000.
  2. 3 Agreement with LexisNexis Risk Holdings, Inc. for exchange of information This link open a new window(2019-01303)
    1. Authorizing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with LexisNexis Risk Holdings, Inc., to exchange information relating to a records search database for criminal investigations.
