Passage of Resolution giving preliminary and final approval to and authorizing the issuance of up to $1,500,000 in 501 (c)(3) Bank Qualified Bank Direct tax-exempt revenue bonds for Minnesota Technology Education Corporation for the refinancing of existing revenue bonds and renovation of the Minnesota Transition Charter School facility located at 2526 27th Ave S and referring the matter to the Minneapolis Community Development Agency Board of Commissioners.

    1. Authorizing a $700,000 Great Streets loan to Plymouth Christian Youth Center (PCYC) to assist in financing the Capri Theater expansion project at 2027 W Broadway Ave.

    2. Authorizing the escrow of land sale proceeds to assist, if needed, in soil correction costs for the Capri Theater expansion project.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Community Planning & Economic Development Department.
