Approving the reinstatement of the Rental Dwelling License for the property at 921 24th Ave S, formerly held by Stephen Frenz, to be held by new owner Kevin McMullen, based on submittal of an acceptable management plan and verification that said property is now in compliance with rental licensing standards.
