Passage of Resolution giving preliminary and final approval to and authorizing the issuance of up to $705,000 in 501 (c)(3) Bank Qualified Bank Direct tax-exempt revenue bonds for East Side Neighborhood Service, Inc. for the renovation of the daycare portion of the organization's facilities located at 1700 2nd St NE.
