Approving the Department of Licenses and Consumer Services Agenda recommendations granting applications of Liquor, Business and Gambling Licenses as recommended in the Licenses and Consumer Services Agenda of May 1, 2018, subject to final inspection and compliance with all provisions of applicable codes and ordinances.

    1. Adopting the Business License Operating Conditions Agreement for Aroma Massage & Bodywork, 5200 Bloomington Ave, negotiated between the City of Minneapolis and Aroma Massage & Bodywork, allowing the applicant to obtain the Massage and Bodywork Establishment License, subject to adherence with the conditions contained therein.

Adopting the Business License Operating Conditions Agreement for Mr. Santana, 601 University Ave SE, negotiated between the City of Minneapolis and ERA Corporation, allowing the licensee to retain the Grocery, Food Manufacturer, Tobacco, and Off Sale Beer Licenses, subject to adherence with the conditions contained therein.

    1. Accepting the low bids of Pride Cleanup, LLC (North Minneapolis), Aloha Landscaping, Inc. (Central and South Minneapolis), and NEON Property Maintenance, LLC (Northeast and Southeast Minneapolis), submitted on Official Publication No. 8535, to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals for the cutting and removal of branches, brush, weeds, and grass growth for the City of Minneapolis - Regulatory Services Division, and authorizing contracts for said services with Pride Cleanup, LLC, Aloha Landscaping, Inc., and NEON Property Maintenance, LLC, each in the amount of $90,000, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Passage of Resolution accepting a donation from Silicon North Stars for travel, lodging, and meals expenses for Anna Peterson, STEP-UP Director, to travel to Silicon Valley, CA from July 22-27, 2018, to support STEP-UP technology career-based learning opportunities.

    1. Approving an extension of exclusive development rights for the redevelopment of 4146 Fremont Ave N to the Ideal Development Group for a period of twelve months to May 15, 2019.

    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an Ordinance amending Title 13 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Licenses and Business Regulations, adding a new Chapter 352 entitled Innovative and Emerging Small Business Pilot Permit.
