    1. Adopting the Business License Settlement Conference Agreement for Sally's Saloon and Eatery, 700 Washington Ave SE, negotiated between the City of Minneapolis and The After Midnight Group IX, LLC, allowing the licensee to retain the On Sale Liquor, Class B License, subject to adherence with the conditions contained therein. 

    2. Rescinding the Business License Settlement Conference Agreement related to the On Sale Liquor, Class B License held by The After Midnight Group IX, LLC, 700 Washington Ave SE, approved by the Minneapolis City Council on March 10, 2017.

    1. Approving the reinstatement of the rental dwelling license for the properties located at 1728 - 2nd Ave S and 1801 - 3rd Ave S, formerly held by Stephen Frenz, to be held by new owner James Rubin based on submittal of an acceptable management plan and verification that said properties are now in compliance with rental licensing standards.

  4. 6 Bid for emergency and non-emergency board-up services for securing vacant and open buildings This link open a new window(2018-00400)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Right Away Construction Corp. submitted on Official Publication No. 8517, in the amount of $200,000, to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals for emergency and non-emergency board-up services for securing vacant and open buildings for the City of Minneapolis-Department of Regulatory Services, and authorizing a contract for the service, all in accordance with City specifications.
