Passage of Resolution giving preliminary and final approval to and authorizing the issuance of up to $5,500,000 in 501 (c)(3) Bank Qualified Bank Direct tax-exempt revenue bonds for Minnesota Hillel for a total upgrade of the facility located at 1521 University Ave SE, and referring the matter to the Minneapolis Community Development Agency (MCDA) Board of Commissioners to consider passage of a resolution authorizing the bond issue.
