Authorizing an increase to the contract COM0001234 with Tyler Technologies, Inc., in the amount of $797,092 for a new not to exceed total of $6,797,092, and an extension of the initial term for an additional three (3) years through Sep. 8, 2027, while retaining the City’s sole option to extend for five (5) additional one-year terms or one (1) additional five-year term through Sep. 8, 2032, to provide a Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (“CAMA”) system for the City Assessor’s Office for assessing market value on properties within the City limits.
