    1. Receiving and filing public comment on the proposed 2022 City Budget and tax levy, the Fiscal Year 2022 Consolidated Plan, and the proposed water and sewer rates.

    1. Passage of Resolution approving the 2021 property tax levies, payable in 2022, for the various funds of the City of Minneapolis for which the City Council levies taxes.

    2. Passage of Resolution fixing the maximum amounts to be expended by the various City departments for 2022 for funds under the jurisdiction of the City Council and for which the City Council levies taxes and fees.

    3. Passage of Resolution adopting the 2022 - 2027 Six-Year Capital Program and fixing the maximum amounts for 2022 to be expended by the various funds under the jurisdiction of the City Council.

    4. Passage of Resolution requesting that the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City to incur indebtedness and issue and sell City of Minneapolis bonds in the amount of ­­­$11,750,000 for certain purposes other than the purchase of public utilities.

    5. Passage of Resolution requesting that the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City to incur indebtedness and issue and sell City of Minneapolis bonds in the amount of $59,437,142 for certain purposes other than the purchase of public utilities.

    6. Passage of Resolution requesting that the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City to incur indebtedness and issue and sell City of Minneapolis bonds in the amount of $77,940,000 for certain purposes other than the purchase of public utilities.

    7. Passage of Resolution designating the utility rates for water, sewer, stormwater, and solid waste services effective with water meters read on and after Jan 1, 2022.

  2. Compensation of the Mayor and Council Members for terms beginning January 3, 2022 This link open a new window(2021-01348)

    1. Passage of Resolution setting the annual salary for the Mayor for the 2022 - 2025 term and for Council Members for the 2022 - 2023 term.

Addendum

  1. Homelessness Response Flexible Fund project This link open a new window(2021-01364)

    1. Passage of Resolution appropriating $50,000 of the budget for the Homelessness Response Flexible Fund in the Community Planning & Economic Development Department for the retrofitting of a vehicle and maintenance and supply costs for that vehicle to respond to emerging needs related to homelessness and public health.
