    2. Approving a pay increase for the Assistant City Coordinator - Finance to remain at Step 4 of the politically appointed (CAP) salary schedule.

Restoring the following CDBG capital/other projects to their original 2021 Schedule 4 (Dec 2020) listed appropriation amounts: High Density Corridor Initiative by $90,500 to $494,109; NEDF/CEDF (Great Streets) by $2,028 to $93,654; Home Ownership Support & Development by $4,200 to $195,228; and Vacant and Boarded Building Program by $32,000 to $1,488,163.
      2. Restoring the following CDBG capital/other project Adult Training, Placement and Retention to its original 2021 Schedule 4 (Dec 2020) listed amount of $1,361,948 and increasing project appropriation by $6,049 for a new line item amount of $1,367,997 (METP).
