    2. Authorizing negotiation with private property owners to acquire easements and additional right-of-way, if necessary, for the project.

    1. Passage of Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a quit claim deed from the State of Minnesota conveying all its interests in that real estate situated adjacent to Trunk Highway 94 at Lyndale Ave S, described in the quit claim deed dated April 30, 2001.

    1. Passage of Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a quit claim deed from the State of Minnesota conveying all its interests in that real estate situated adjacent to Trunk Highway 394 at Washington Ave N, described in the quit claim deed dated February 5, 2020.

  6. Agreement with Minnesota Department of Transportation for landscaping improvements in the North Loop Neighborhood This link open a new window(2020-00452)
    1. Passage of Resolution authorizing a Cooperative Agreement Letter with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) requesting the City of Minneapolis to act as the sponsoring unit of government enabling funds to be transferred from the MnDOT Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership Program to the City for landscaping improvements at the southeast corner of Washington Ave and the I-394 eastbound on-ramp in the North Loop Neighborhood.

  7. Contract with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for engineering and design services for Bryant Ave S Street Reconstruction Project This link open a new window(2020-00453)
    1. Authorizing a contract with Bolton & Menk, Inc., in the amount of $1,266,600, for engineering and design services for the Bryant Ave S Street Reconstruction Project (PV126).

  8. Bid for catch basin and manhole repairs This link open a new window(2020-00454)

Accepting the low bid of Minger Construction Companies, Inc., submitted on Event No. 975, in the amount of $1,195,095, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for catch basin and manhole repairs, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Amending the Federal Legislative Agenda to add support for the Natural Disaster and Emergency Ballot Act [S. 3529] to the Access to Voting and Modernizing the Election Process and Ensuring Election Integrity section.

    2. Authorizing submittal of a letter to members of the Minnesota federal delegation expressing support by the City of Minneapolis for the Natural Disaster and Emergency Ballot Act [S. 3529].

    1. Referring to the Policy & Government Oversight Committee a wage freeze for all positions in the appointed, politically appointed, and non-represented employee groups.
