    1. Approving the settlement of the lawsuit Kamau Hudson v. Officer Kyle Ruud by payment of $7,500 to Kamau Hudson and his attorneys, and authorizing the City Attorney’s Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.

    1. Approving the settlement of the lawsuit Brittni A. Gaines v. City of Minneapolis, et al., by payment of $58,829.10 to Brittni Gaines and her attorney, the Law Office of Zorislav R. Leyderman, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.

Passage of Resolution authorizing an agreement between the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and the City of Minneapolis regarding assignment of entitlement issuer volume cap and related documents transferring a portion of the City’s 2021 private activity bond allocation to Minnesota Housing Finance Agency.

Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0001349 with Meisinger Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $17,146.50 for a total amount not to exceed $873,546.50, for construction modifications required for the Americans with Disabilities Act/All Gender Restroom (ADA/AGR) Improvements Project at multiple facilities.

Accepting an Innovative State and Local Public Health Strategies grant from the Minnesota Department of Health, in the additional amount of $10,000 (Grant Project Agreement No. 152495), for the prevention and management of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke for the period Apr 4, 2019, to Sept 29, 2023.

    2. Authorizing an amended agreement with the Minnesota Department of Health for the grant.

City of Minneapolis, United States District Court File No. 16-cv-872-PAM/KMM, by payment in the amount of $475,000 to Tom Johnson and Pritzker Hageman, P.A., and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement and dismissal.
