    1. Passage of Resolution amending the 2023 General Appropriation Resolution by moving $555,000 one time from the 2022 General Fund- Police Unassigned Fund Balance to the Department of Race, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for use as operating dollars for Truth and Reconciliation programming.
