Receiving and filing a report from Mayor Frey on his executive reorganization proposal as part of the new, voter-approved government structure pursuant to Charter Amendment No. 184.
Receiving and filing a report on the roles and responsibilities of the Executive Mayor and Legislative Council under the new government structure pursuant to Charter Amendment No. 184.
Directing the City Coordinator and City Clerk to develop a formal policy codifying the request, refer, respond model that structures Council requests of the City Administration, together with the necessary procedures, instructions, forms, and guidance for implementation; staff should ensure all Council Members are briefed on the draft policy and address any questions or concerns as part of internal review processes with a final draft of the policy submitted for consideration by April 26, 2022.
