    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 2 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration, adding a new Chapter 42 entitled "Municipal Identification Program."
  2. 3 Local government amicus brief in Regents of the University of California, et al. v. U.S. Dep’t of Homeland Security, et al., and State Of New York et al. v. Donald Trump et al. This link open a new window(2017-01265)

    1. Authorizing the City to join the local government amicus brief in support of DACA program in the cases of Regents of the University of California, et al. v. U.S. Dep’t of Homeland Security, et al., and State Of New York et al. v. Donald Trump et al., and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to take all steps necessary to join in support of this amicus brief.

    1. Receiving and filing a report relating to the ability of non-hospital residential health care enterprises classified as large businesses to more rapidly accommodate an increased minimum wage.

    2. Receiving and filing a report relating to how youth training policies can be accounted for within Chapter 40 of the Code.

    1. Directing staff to follow up on the recommendation to include support in the City’s legislative policy agenda for improvements to reimbursement rates for all non-hospital health care providers that includes considerations such as inflation rate inclusion and reduction or elimination of the reimbursement lag for providers.
