    1. Passage of Resolution approving the sale of the property at 2637 Emerson Ave N, (Disposition Parcel No. VH-461), to Cordova Lynch for $1,000, subject to conditions. 
      If Cordova Lynch  fails to close, approving the sale of 2637 Emerson Ave N, (Disposition Parcel No. VH-461), to CTW Group Incorporated, subject to conditions.
