Discussion

    1. Passage of Resolution approving the 2020 property tax levies, payable in 2021, for the various funds of the City of Minneapolis for which the City Council levies taxes.

    2. Passage of Resolution fixing the maximum amounts to be expended by the various City departments for 2021 for funds under the jurisdiction of the City Council and for which the City Council levies taxes and fees.

    3. Passage of Resolution adopting the 2021 - 2026 Six-Year Capital Program and fixing the maximum amounts for 2021 to be expended by the various funds under the jurisdiction of the City Council.

    4. Passage of Resolution requesting that the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City to incur indebtedness and issue and sell City of Minneapolis bonds in the amount of ­­­$9,432,000 for certain purposes other than the purchase of public utilities.

    5. Passage of Resolution requesting that the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City to incur indebtedness and issue and sell City of Minneapolis bonds in the amount of $300,000 for certain purposes other than the purchase of public utilities.

    6. Passage of Resolution requesting that the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City to incur indebtedness and issue and sell City of Minneapolis bonds in the amount of ­­­$50,141,000 for certain purposes other than the purchase of public utilities.

    7. Passage of Resolution requesting that the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City to incur indebtedness and issue and sell City of Minneapolis bonds in the amount of $48,925,000 for certain purposes other than the purchase of public utilities.

    8. Passage of Resolution designating the utility rates for water, sewer, stormwater, and solid waste services effective with water meters read on and after Jan 1, 2021.
