    1. Approving the Council appointment of Joann Wang, Seat 9, Ward 2, for a three-year term beginning Jan 1, 2020, and ending Dec 31, 2022.

    2. Approving the following Council reappointments for three-year terms beginning Jan 1, 2020, and ending Dec 31, 2022: Daniel Ogiba, Seat 7, Ward 7; and John Finlayson, Seat 8, Ward 13.

Accepting three bids submitted on Bid Event 896: Covenant Electric in the amount of $60,000; Gunnar Electric in the amount of $60,000; and LTL LED in the amount of $60,000, with a not to exceed annual amount of $180,000, to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for electrical services for Regulatory Services’ Rental Repair Program, and authorizing a one-year contract with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Authorizing a contract with Mississippi Watershed Management Organization, in the amount of no more than 50 City staff hours, for conducting illicit discharge sampling activities, for the duration of Jan 1, 2020 to Dec 31, 2022.

Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2005R-336 entitled "Vacating the southerly half of 3rd Avenue North, formerly Itaska Street, lying parallel and between a line 112 feet northeasterly of the northeasterly line of 1st Street North, and the northwesterly extension of the northeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 10, Town of Minneapolis, distant 50 feet, except for that part described as follows: beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block 10, Town of Minneapolis; thence extending the northeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 10, northwesterly 40 feet to the center line of 3rd Avenue North, southwesterly 50 feet on said centerline, then easterly, to the point of beginning (#1456)," passed May 27, 2005, by updating the title and the legal language in the body of the resolution.

    1. Approving an application submitted by The Saint Anthony Group LLC to rezone (PLAN10245) the property located at 911 Lowry Ave NE from the R5 Multiple Family District to the OR2 High Density Office Residence District to establish a new office use in an existing building. 

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.

  9. 14 Rezoning: Mark Palm, 2801 Hennepin Ave E This link open a new window(2020-00413)
    1. Approving an application submitted by Mark Palm to rezone (PLAN10230) the property located at 2801 Hennepin Ave E from the I1 Light Industrial District to the I2 Medium Industrial District to lawfully establish a major automobile repair (food truck conversion and service) use, to lawfully establish a minor automobile repair (tire shop) use, and to establish a new catering (commissary kitchen) use in existing buildings. 

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.
